2 Products Features

 

1. It is a composite ductile iron pipe,,also known as prefabricated insulation ductile iron pipes.(prefabricated insulation ductile iron pipes)

It uses standard ductile iron pipes, puts a polyethylene outer sheath on the outside of the pipe according to the specific construction requirements, and injects a polyurethane insulation layer into the gap between the polyethylene protective sheath and the outer wall of the ductile iron pipe, which is suitable for the transportation temperature (long-term operating temperature) Hot water supply with a temperature not higher than 120°C and an occasional peak temperature not higher than 130°C.

The outside of the pipeline is wrapped with a layer of polyurethane foam insulation material and polyethylene protective sleeve, which can effectively protect the pipeline, insulate and prevent corrosion, and meet the needs of heating pipelines and other special pipelines for good and long-lasting operation. Excellent anti-corrosion properties in most environments.

Transportation

 

Ductile iron pipe insulation should be hoisted using slings or other methods that will not damage the ductile iron pipe insulation/pipe fittings. Hooks should not be used to lift the pipe ends directly. During loading and unloading, collision, throwing and direct dragging and rolling on the ground are strictly prohibited. During long-distance transportation, the insulation pipe should be firmly fixed and the outer protective pipe (layer) and insulation layer should not be damaged.
